Ok - we have been crap
A year on and we have been very slack at updating this blog. Anyway - I have found my password and we will be updating more regularly. I plan to add a 'how is it done' section and I have a load of photos too.
The News
Last year's batch (2005 harvest) is due to be bottled on 27th October 2006. Probably looking at about 6 litres of the purple stuff. We are working on labels and fancy bottles. Pictures to follow next week.
The news is that we have picked tonnes of sloes this year and so next year's batch is brewing. I think we doubled the quantity of sloes (and therefore gin) so Christmas 2007 is going to be very merry indeed.
